PRESTIGE THERAPY SERVICES

Prestige Therapy is a collaborative team of therapists in Sacramento who specialize in personality disorders, couples therapy, and family therapy.  Our passion is working with “high-risk” clients who experience borderline personality traits, depressive symptoms, and anxiety.  We are comfortable—enjoy really—working with suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, and other high-risk behaviors.  Our Team has advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

COLLABORATION:

Because we work as a team, we are often able to provide multiple services to our clients. For example, we often are able to provide therapists for both members of a partnership and a separate therapist for the couples therapy.  In the family setting, we can often provide different therapists for each child and parent, and also provide a separate therapist for the family as a whole.  This collaboration allows for a high degree of continuity of care and often leads to increased positive outcomes.

PRICING:

We offer a range of fee options to accommodate diverse needs:

  • Licensed Therapist: $150 per session

  • Associate Therapist: $50 per session (supervised by a licensed therapist)

  • Trainee Therapist: No cost (supervised by a licensed therapist)

We also accept select insurance plans through Optum Insurance (UnitedHealthcare). Please reach out to inquire about your specific coverage and discuss potential sliding scale options.

SPECIALIZATION:

Marriage and Family Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Borderline Personality Disorders, Traditional Talk Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Transitioned-Aged Youth, Trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+, Historical Trauma, Suicide Prevention, and more!
